Due to the nature of our products (hygiene-sensitive items like fragrances), we follow a strict no-return policy for most cases. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and will accommodate returns and refunds under specific circumstances outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website or authorized channels.
We accept returns exclusively if the product meets one of the following criteria:
· The product is damaged (e.g., broken packaging or leakage during transit).
· The product is wrongly delivered (e.g., incorrect item or variant sent).
· The product is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw affecting usability).
Important Note: Other than the above cases, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered. This is to maintain hygiene standards, as opened or used luxury perfumes cannot be resold.
To process a return, the following must be met:
· The product must be unused (beyond the reported damage, defect, or wrong delivery issue) and undamaged otherwise.
· It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, seals, and accessories.
· The original invoice must be included with the return.
· You must report the issue immediately by contacting our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide clear details, photos, or videos of the issue for verification.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being rejected.

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credited to your Vinchere Luxus Wallet.
· The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive and verify the returned product. However, it may take up to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.
