· Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch (pan-India).

· Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Note: Timelines may vary slightly in remote areas, during peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics delays). We are not liable for delays beyond our control.


2. Delivery Requirements

· All packages require a signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt.

· If you are unavailable to sign, an alternative person (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor) may sign on your behalf.

· Vinchere Luxus Pvt Ltd takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

· We are not responsible for any damage or loss after successful delivery.


3. Claims for Issues

· Any claims for shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to customer support on the day of delivery (within 24 hours maximum).

· Provide supporting evidence (photos, unboxing video recommended) for faster resolution.
